HAROLD SAYRE and RAY I. YOUNG, both residing at Southold, in the:Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, I party of the first part,and ROBERT C. MALLGRAF, and PHYLLIS B. MALLGRAF, his wife, as tenants by the entirety, both residing at Aquabogue, in the Town of Riverhead, Suffolk County, Hew York, IIS party of the second part, I!I WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of the a um of - - - - - - - - - TEN ($10,) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - dollars, lawful money of the United States,and other good and valuable c onsiderat ion,paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, I ALL that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Bayview, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows;- BEGINNING at a stake set on the northerly line of a certain 20 foot right of way leading to North Bayview Road at the southeasterly corner of land conveyed by the parties of the first part to Charles t Richard Ven Dozer by deed dated July 19, 1952 and recorded in the -Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 22, 1952 in Liber 3362 of 'd Deeds at page 405, being 225.0 feet westerly along said northerly 'f! line from a concrete monument set at the southwesterly corner of land of Charles McNeilly; and running along said land of Van Duzer, °North 29 degrees 12 minutes lr.0 seconds West, a distance of 242 : feet, more or less, to the ordinary high water mark of Goose Creek; thence easterly along said ordinary high water mark, 75 feet, more f or less; thence along other land of the parties of the first part `. on a line parallel with the easterly boundary line of said land of : Van Dozer, South 29 degrees 12 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance jof 235 feet, more or less, to a stake set on said northerly line rof said 20 foot right of way; thence along said northerly line, South 61 degrees 47 minutes 20 seconds West, a distance of 75.0 feet ; to the point of beginning.
