TUTHILL, residing at Southold, Suffolk County, f New York, party of the first part,and FRANK A. Tuthill, North 60 degrees Ly minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of 439.88 feet to a concrete monument and the westerly line of said Hortonts Lane; thence along said westerly line of Morton's Lane, South 10 degrees 31 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 97.62 feet; thence on a curve to the right having a radius of 86.0 feet, a distance along said curve of 114.17 feet to said northerly line of Middle Road; thence along said northerly line of Middle Road, South 65 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 306.29 feet to the point of beginning; and from the easterly end of this course the northerly boundary above described , is 150 feet northerly, measured at right angles to said northerly line of Middle Road.
