THIS INDENTURE,made the 50th day of September 105 2
BETWEEN
RECTOR GRUPELLI, residing at 5 East 94th Street, New York, N.Y.,
party of the Bret part,and
DAVID L. MORD, residing at 67-32 230th Street, Bayside,
Long Island, N.Y.
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of
One ($1.00) Dollar ,lawful money of the United States,and other good
and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second park and assigns forever,
ALL that tract or parcel of land situate at Pine Neck, near the
..village of Southold, Town of Southold County of Suffolk and State of
Now York, bounded and described as foilowss-
BEGINNIMi at a point on the Southeasterly aorner of the"premises,
adjoining land late of L. May Newbold; running thenoe Westerly a distance
Of 50 feet; running thence Northerly along lands of Susie D. Goldsmith to
high water mark of Jockey Creek; thenoe Easterly along high water mark of
Jockey Greek 50 feet, more or less, to land late of Le May Newbold and
thence Southerly along land late of L. May Newbold a distance of 186.4
feet to the point or pleoe of beginning.
Together with a right-of-way for passage on foot and with vehicles
over the premises of Susie D. Goldsmith neat adjoining on the west which
right-of-way extends along the extreme Southerly boundary of other land
of Susie D. Goldsmith In a westerly direction to a Private Road, or,way.
Said right-of-way having a width of tea (10) feet. -
Together with all right,:title and interest of the parties of the
first part in and to the beach and lands under water of Jockey Creek in
front of and adjacent to said premises.
Togetherwitha right-of-way for passage on foot and with vehicles
over the westerly end of the right-of-way above described over a Private
Road lying to the West to the Public Highway.
