BEDINNING at a concrete monument set at the southwesterly corner of certain premises
known and designated as Lot No. 2 as shown on a certain cap entitled "Nap of Acres of
Diamonds, Inc., situate at Pecenlc, Suffolk County, New York", prepared by Otto W. Van
Tuyl from Surveys completed October 28, 19382 and filed In Suffolk County Clark's Office
June 12, 1933, AS Nap No. 1128, running thence along the northerly line of a certain 15
foot private mad as shown on Said map S. Ito 35' 00" W. 51.45 feet to a stake and the
easterly line of Lot No. 1 as shown on said map; running thence along the easterly line
of Lot No. 1 N. 14e 19' 20" W. a distance of 10 feet to a stake; running thence along
the southerly portion of said Lot No. 8 N. 10. 54' 40" B. a distance of 59.81 feet to
the point or place of beginning.
