valuable consideration, paid by the part y of the second part,
do hereby grant and release unto the part y of the second part,
her heirs and assigns forever,all that tract or parcel of land lying,
being end situate at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a monument set on the easterly line of Clerk Road at the point of
intersection of said easterly line with the southerly line of Sound View Avenue,
being the northwesterly corner of the premises herein described, thence running
southerly along sold easterly line of Clark Road 364.30 feet to the land of Luise
E. Schumacher, thalce easterly along said land of Luise E. Schumacher 197.27 feet
more or less, to lend of A. B. Richmond, thence northerly along said land of A.S.
-' Richmond 310.81 feet to the southerly line of Sound View Avenue, theme westerly
Alongsaid southerly line of Sound View Avenue 190.63 feet to the point of beginning
TOGETHER with All the right, title and interest of the parties of the first
part, if any, In Bird to the blghway in front of and adjacent to said premises, to
the center line thereof.
TOGETHER with ingress and agrees over land of the parties of the first part to
the waters of Long Island Sound, said land being described as followa:-
ALL that certain treat or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Southold,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded'anq described me
follows:- BEGINNING at A point on the northerly side of Sound View Avenue adjoining
land formerly of Arthur Taylor, and running thence in a northerly direction and alon
the land formerly of Arttmr Taylor to high watermark of Long Island Sound, thence
deflecting to the right and along the high water mark Tpirty (30) feet to land now
or formerly of Henry G. Wenzel, theme South by land now or formerly of Henry G.
Wenzel, to Northerly aide of Sound View Avenue, distant Ten (10) feet.from Easterly
line of land formerly of Arthur Taylor, thence in a Southwesterly direction and alo
the line of the Northerly side of Sound View Avenue, Ten (10) feet to the point or
