party of the first part,and FRANK C. MORRIS and NELLE PEARL MORRIS, his wife,
residing at Alvahts Lane, Cutchogue, Now York,
party of the second part,
WITNlSSlTH, that the party of the first part,in consideration of One hundred ($100.)
dollars,
lawful money of the united states, and other good andvaluable consideration paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,
their heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that lot or parcel of land in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, known and distinguished as LotsNo. 31 and No. 32 on a map
j entitled "Subdivision Map of Founders Estates, situate at Southold,
Suffolk County, N.Y, made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Engineer and Surveyor",
dated March 18, 1927, and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County on May 10, 1927, as Map No. 834, and on said map bounded
NORTHERLY by Lot No. 307 EASTERLY by Founders Path, SW THERLY by
Landon Lane, and WESTERLY by Lots No. 20 and No. 19, being 148.07 feet
on said NORTHERLY boundary, 150 feet on said EASTERLY boundary, 146.76
feet on said SOUTHERLY boundary, and 150 feet on said WESTERLY boundary
TOGETHER With all the right, title and interest of the party

Lane lying in front of and adjacent to the lands and premises above
