as ;Sap No. 117 a distance of 178.49 feet; on the South by Sound Ave. a distance of
20 feet and on the West by a right of way 13 feet wide adjoining land of Arthur W. -
Hahn, Jr., a distance of 178.49 feat.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Olive A. Jervis to Jhbn
Herrman and wife by deed dated July 9th, 1946, and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerks Office in liner 2601 of deeds at page 366 on July 29, 1946 C 9:08 A.M.
PARCH TWO: ALL that certain lot, niece or parcel of land, lying, being and ,
situate at Peconle, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of Nev., York, and
being the Westerly ten (10) feet of the lot (mown and designated as lot #11 as shown
on map entitled, "Map of Peconlc Shores, located at Peconlc, L.I., Property of William
B. Ceiling", surveyed September, 1922, J.W. Wells, C.E. Setauket, L.I. and filed in
the office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the 5th day of August, 1924, as
Map No. 117 and more particularly bounded as follows: Westerly by Parcel One herein
above described a. distance of 178.49 feet, more or less; on the North by mean high
water mark of Long Island Sound a distance of 10 feet; Easterly by the premises of
the parry of the first part a distance of 178.49 feet,'more or less, and Southerly
by Sound Avenue a distance of 30 feet.
