Village and Toy® of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and being more
particularly bounded and described as folloes:-
BBGINNING at the northeasterly corner thereof and at the southeasterly corner of the
lands heretofore conveyed by Julius Zebroski to David McConnell, the party of the
second part heealn, by deed dated September 16th, 1945, and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office in liber 2480 of deeds at page 406 on September 22, 1945, and -
which point is on the continuation of the easterly line of the said lands heretofore
conveyed to said party of the Second part as herein mentioned, running thence in a
general Southerly direction along lands of Mae Kilso Muller, S. 25o 161 loll W. a e—
distance of 300 feet to a point; running thence in a general westerly direction and
along other.lands of Julius Zebroaki and on a line parallel to the southerly line of
the lands of said David McConnell a distance of 60 feet to a point; running thence in
e general northerly direction and on a line parallel to the first course above mentioned,
N. 250 161 1011 H. a distance of 350 feet to a point on the southwesterly corner of the
lands of David McDonnell; running thence in a general easterly direction along the
Southerly side of the lands of Said David kcConnell a distance of 60 feet to the point
or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way for ingress and egress to Corey's Creek leading from
Bay View Read to Corey's Creek and running along the lands formerly of Godfrey Koke and
lands of Helen J. Fink and being one (1) rod in width, said right of way more particularl -
running along the westerly line of the lands has or formerly of sold Godfrey Koke, S. 25-
161 los W. a distance of 459.87 feet to the Northeasterly corner of the lands of said
Helen J. Fink; theme running along the Northerly side,of,Saidlands of Helen T. Fink, N
860 3D' W. a distance of fifty (50) feet; thence along the westerly side of said lands of
said Helen J. Pink S. 16. 211 H. a distance of One Hundred (100) feet, more or less, to
Corey's Creek.

erly and southerly aides are parallel and that the easterly and the westerly sides are
also parallel.
