BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Kenny's Road where the northerly side of
Leeton Drive intersects same, thence running South 45 degrees, 35 mimtea, 30 Seconds
(lest along said northerly side of Leeton Drive 1775 feet to the point or place of be-
ginning of the premises hereby described;
BEGINNING at said last Motioned point of beginning, thence running South 45 degrees
35 minutes 30 seconds west along the northerly line of said Leeton Drive a distance of
50 feet to a point; thence running North 44 degrees 84 minutes 30 seconds West a distane
of 804 feet, more or less, to the mean highwater line of Long Island Sound; thence rum-
Ing Eastwardly along said mean highwater line of Long Island Sound a distance of 50 feet
more or leas; thence turning in a general southerly direction South 44 degrees 84 minute
30 seconds East a distance of 215 feet, more or leas, to the northerly side of Leeton
Drive to the paint or place of beginning. -
SAID PREMISES, for the purpose of further identification only, are known as the
westerly one-half of Plot Numbered 27 and the Westerly one-half of Plot Numbered 88 as
shown on a certain=filed map entitled "Map of Nest Southold-on-Sound, Plots 1-834,
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, owed by LSdico corporation," made July,
1950, by William L. Miller, Wading River, New York, Professional Engineer-Land Surveyor,
New York State License No. 7885, and guaranteed to the Inter-County Title Guaranty and
Mortgage Company on July 80, 1950, and which nap is Intended to be Bled with the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk at Riverhead, New York.
