village), Town of Southold, Suffolk County and State of New York, which
lands are a part or portion of the lands described and shown on a certai
map entitled "Map of Acres of Diamonds, Inc., situate at Peconic,Suffolk,
Co., N,Y."j surveyed October 2$, 1932, by Otto W. Van Tuyl, surveyor,and
filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk June 12, 1933
as Map No. 112$, which lands hereby conveyed according to said map are
bounded and described as follows:
Parcel Number One:
BEG NG at a point on the northerly side line of Soundview
Avenue indicated by a monument, which point of beginning is also the
southwesterly corner of the lands hereby conveyed running thence from i
said point of beginning along the easterly side line of the roadway
running northerly toward the Long Island ound north forty-two degrees,
no minutes, forty seconds west one hundred twenty-five feet more or less
thence still along the easterly side line of the said road way north
nineteen degrees, five minutes, twenty seconds west one hundred fifteen
feet more or less to the southerly boundary line of lands now or lately
owned by John Meade and wife; thence easterly along the southerly boundary
line of said land now or lately owned by said John Meade and Elizabeth
Meade, his wife, one hundred sixty-two and twenty-eight one hundredths
feet more or less to the easterly boundary line of said map, and to the
westerly boundary line of lands now or lately of Bella Stebbins; thence
along said lands now or lately of Bella Stebbins south forty-two degrees]

monument on the northerly side line of said Soundview Avenue, thence
along the northerly side line of said Soundview Avenue south forty-threel

BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side line of the roadway
running northerly toward the Long Island Sound distant five hundred forty

the northwesterly corner of lands now or lately owned by Claude Hodgins I
and Elsie Hodgins, his wife, running thence from said point of beginning,
north forty-one degrees fiftegn'minutes ten seconds west three hundred
feet more or less to a monument; thence south forty-eight degrees forty-i
four minutes fifty seconds west thirteen feet more or less to the
easterly side line as it would be extended southerly of the seven foot
wide roadway running northerly to the Long Island Sound; thence north
forty-one degrees fifteen minutes ten seconds west ninety-eight feet mor
or less and part of the distance along the easterly side line of the
seven foot wide roadway to the ordinary highwater line of the Long
Island Sound; thence along said ordinary high water line of the Long
Island Sound north fifty degrees forty-three minutes ten seconds east
ninety-six and eighty-six hundredths feet more or less to the easterly Ili
boundary line of said map, and to the westerly boundary line of land now
or lately of Bella Stebbins; thence along said lands now or lately of
Bella Stebbins south forty-two degrees no minutes forty seconds east
and intersecting a monument four hundred ninety feet more or less to the
northerly line of lands now or lately owned by Louis Larsen which is l
also the southeasterly corner of the lands hereby conveyed; thence along:
the northerly boundary line of said landsnor or lately owned by Louis
Larsen and also lands now or lately owned by Claude Hodgins and wife,
