York, and more particularly bounded end described as follows:- Northerly by the

KPyStopowlez, formerly by lends of Oliver B. Goldsmith; Westerly by lands of Beebe,
formerly lands of Oliver B. Goldsmith. Containing by estimation 1/4 of an Bare,
more or less.
ALSO, ALL that other treat or parcel of land together with the buildings and
improvements thereon, lying, being and Situate at Arahamomogne, east of the Village
of Southold, Tom of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and being
more particularly bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the westerly bulkhead of Mill Creek
with the northerly line of Stain Road; running thence westerly along said northerly
line of Main Road on a line which curves to the left, 155 feat, more or less, to a
concrete monument and land of Arthur W. Hahn; thence along said land of Arthur W.
Hahn 1n a northwesterly direction 100.0 feet to a concrete monument; thence north-
easterly along said land of Arthur W. Raton on a line deflecting from the last des.
cribed line 69. 14' to the right, and passing through a concrete monument neer the
westerly shore of said Mill Creek, 70 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water
mark of Mill Creek; thence easterly and then Southerly along said ordinary high
water mark of Mill Creek about 200 feet to the point of beginning. Containing about
one-third of an acre by estimation.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part
of, in and to Main Road, lying in front of and adjoining said premises to the
center line thereof.

George G. RSchmand and wife to Louise Sleckman by deed dated September 13, 1922,
recorded September 15, 1922, In liber 1050 CP 523; running thence southerly,elong
the westerly line of said land Of Sleckman, 350 feet more or less to the southerly
