Being and intended to be the same promises conveyed to Edward
A. Lademann, Jr. by Ray I. Young and Helen 5. Young, his wife, by
deed dated April 23, 1953 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on April 29, 1953 at 3:45 P.M. in Libor 3507 of deeds at page
584.
