lisp #8340 as Lots Nos. 58 and the southerly one-half of Lot 57,
being more particularly described as follows:-
BEGINNING at the point formed by the intersection of the northerly
side of Lr Hovmtedieu Lane and the westerly side of a 35 foot road,
and running thence South 66 degrees 27 minutes 50 seconds West the
distance of 137.84 feet, thence North 22 degrees 21 minutes 20
seconds West the distance of 77-84 feet, thence North 67 degrees
- 38 minutes 40 seconds East the distance of 137.81 feet to the
westerly side of said road, thence South 22 degrees 21 minutes 20
seconds East along the westerly side of said road the distance of
75 feet to the point or place of beginning,
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the parties
of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above-described premises to the center lines thereof.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by John B. Thomas
to Albert J. Robertson and Persia W. Robertson, his wife, by deed
dated October 27, 1951, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerkte
Office on November 9, 1951 at 12:10 P.M. in Liber 3287 of deeds at
