BETWEEN THOMAS B. CO NELLY, residing at No.3077 Bruckner Boulevard,\ t
Borough and County of Bronx, City and State of New York,
party of the first part,and JAMES ::t. LEEDHAtd and 11ARION LEEDHAM, his wife,
both residing at No. 2051 St. Raymonds' Avenue, Borough and County
of Bronx, City and State of New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part,in consideratiw of 1

by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,
their heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that lot or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, more
particularly bounded and described as follows:-
ALL those certain plots, nieces, or parcels of land together
with the .buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being
in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, known and designated
as and by the plots Nos. 50, 51 and 52 on a certain map entitled,
"Map of Ooose Bay Estates", in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
Kew 7ork, said map being made by Lewis K. S>aters, L.S., of Oyster Bay,
L.I., Yew York, dated September 12, 1934, and filed in the office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 13th day of Kovernber, 1934,
as and by the Lap '.io. 1176, (Abstract To. 1197).
TOGETHER with all the ri7ht, title and interest of the Seller of,
in and to that portion of the road or roads adjacent to said plots
above mentioned, to the centre line thereof, subject to the richt
of other owners of plots on <.he saia map to pass over and reasonably
use the same.
BEING the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
THOE:AS B. CO'T:ELLY, administrator of the goods, chattels and credits
of ANNA A. C07:ELLY, deceased (also known as MARTHA AN? COHZZLLY),
by deed dated 24th day of February, 1950, and recorded in the office
of the Register of the County of Suffolk in Liber 3051 at page 419
of conveyances on the 6th day of Larch, 1950.
SUBJECT to any covenants and restrictions contained in former deed$
of record, if any.
