WITNESSETH,that the parties of the first part,in consideration of the sum of - -

lawful money of the United States,and other good and vduable consideration, paid
by the part les of the second part,do hereby remise,release,and quitclaim unto the part Los of the
second part, their heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that tract or parcel of land situate on Indian Nock, near
Peconic, in the Town of Oouthold, County of Suffolk and State of Now
York, known and designated as Northerly half of Lot Number Thirteen
(13) on a certain map entitled "Map of Indian Neck Park, George W.
Smith, owner, made by Franklin F. Overton, M.E., Surveyor, 1912" and
filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 27th
day of May 1913, as and by the Map No. $51, said lot being bounded with
reference to said map as follows; Northerly by Lot No. Eleven (11);
Easterly by a Private Road; Southerly by southerly half of Lot Number
Thirteen (13); and Westerly by land now or formerly of Samuel Davids,
deceased.
TOGETHER with a right of way over the Private Road above mentioned
to Indian Neck Road and to Peconic Bay.
TOGETHER with such use of the beach and other privileges as sot
forth in deed from George W. Smith and wife to Doris L. Schneider, dated
Jul$ 25, 1925, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 29,
192y in Liber 1138 of deeds at page $92, and subject to all of the
restrictions and conditions set forth in said deed.
Being and intended to be the sane promises conveyed by Doris L.
Schneider to'Fred Faulkner and John Schutte by dead dated April 24, 1926,
and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 18th, 1926.
And this deed is given for the solo purpose of correcting the dos-
cription contained in a certain deed from Fred N. Faulkner, St. al., to
Arthur P. L'Hommedieu and wife dated December d, 1934 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clark's Office in Liber 1792 of deeds at page 497 on
December 10, 1934- (The aforesaid John H. Sohutte, and Edna Sohutte, his
mother, and Doris Sohutte Humphrey being the sole distributees of John
Schutte vrho died intestate on February 24, 1946, the said Edna Sohutte
being the vridow of John Sohutte, and no Letters of Administration having
been issued on his estate).
