THIS I*.IDEi9TURE, made the first day of July, in the year 1952
between L1DICO CORPORATIODi, a corporation duly organized and ex-
isting under the laws of the State of New York and having a prig-
ciaal ,lace of business at Number 30 Wall Street, Borough of Man-
hattan, City, County, and State of New York, party of the first
part, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", and ALLEN LUYSTER and
INU LY K. LVfST 11his wife, both residing on Schiller Boulevard
(No Street I:umber), Town of Huntington, County of Suffolk, and
„tate of New York parties of the second part, hereinafter re-
ferred to as Grantees";

and valuable considerations, paid by Grantees, does hereby grant

running South 45 degrees, 35 minutes, 30 seconds West along said
northerly side of Leeton Drive 1,650 feet to the point or place of
heginninn of the Premises hereby described;
BE!;ITIF1Ir, at said last-mentioned point of beginning, thence
running along property now or formerly of John Vavrinec and Ina
I Vavrinec, his wife, North 44 degrees, 24 minutes, 30 seconds West
712 feet, more or less, to the mean hi ghwat er line of Long Is.
Sound; thence running westwardly along said 'mean highwater line of

Plot numbered 27 on a certain map entitled, idap of West Southold
on-Sound, Plots 1-234, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,

York State License ilo. 7885, and guaranteed to the Inter-County
Title Guaranty and L;ortgag®Company on July 20, 1950, and which ma
is intended to be filed with the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, a
Riverhead, New York;
