westerly line of a certain 15 foot right of way, as shown on a map
entitled "IDiap of West Creek Development", filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's office as Map No. 1236; said pipe being the southeasterly
corner of Lot 3 as shown on said map; from said pointnof beginning
running along said northerly line of "Sun Lane", N.79 45'50"W.-45.0-
feet; thence along land of Herbert Rosenberg (Lot 2), N.26044110"E.-
115 feet, more or less, to the ordinary high water mark of West Creek;
thence easterly along said ordinary high water mark of West Creek,
50 feet, more or less, to said westerly line of said 15 foot right of
way;othence along said westerly line of said 15 foot right of way,
S.26 44'1C"W.-130 feet, more r less, to the point of beginning.
Together with all right, title and interest of the party of the
first part in and to the waters and the land under the waters of said
West Creek between the extensions northeasterly of the boundary lines
of the premises hereinabove described, from said ordinary high water
mark of West Creek to the center line thereof, as shown on said map.
Also with a rir,ht of way over said 25 foot private road known
as "Sun Lane" and over a 25 foot private road known as "Bayberry Road"
and over said 15 foot right of way, as shown on said map.
