of the First Church Congregation or Society of Southold, and running ap-
proximately east along the southern boundary of the said cemetery two
hundred (200) feet, more or lase, to the land of Charles Grigonis and
wife; thence running in a southerly direction seventy-five (75) feet,
more or less, along the land of said Grigonis; thence running in a
westerly direction two hundred (200) feet, more or less, along the land
of said Grigonis to the road ]mown as Oaklawn Avenue; thence running
in a northerly direction along said Oaklawn Avenue seventy-five (75)
feet, more or less, to the point or place of beginning.
