identified and described as lots numbered:399 40, 41, 42, 43, 44,
45, and 46, on a certain map entitled "Subdivision map Cedar Beach
Park situate at Bayview, Town of Southold, New York" made by Otto
W. Van Tuyl, September 15, 1926 and filed in the office of the Clerk
of Suffolk County as map number 90 together with:
A strip of land. fifty (50) feet in width starting at a point
where the northerly boundary of lot number 51 on said map intersects
the easterly boundary of Cedar Point Drive southerly boundary of
said fifty (50) foot strip being parallel to and at all points
fifty (50) feet southerly from the northerly boundary of said lot
.. number 51 and projected between these lines to Orchard Lane.
