para does hereby remise,release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and

Beginning at a point formed by the intersection of the Northerly line

Avenue to a point, thence North 190 16, West 153.40 feet to a point,
thence North 700 56t East 75.7 feet to a point in the Westerly line of
Osseo Avenue, thence South 50 55, past 86.0 feet by and along Osseo
f Avenue to a point, thence South 160 33t East 75.5 feet to the point or

'These streets and roadways as referred to are shown and laid out upon
a certain map entitled MAP OF LAUGHING WATER, SOUTHOLD, LONG ISLAND,
NEW YORK, made from actual surveys completed June 30, 1938 and plotted
by Daniel R. Young, P.E. and L.S. and filed in the office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk en the 24th day of July, 1941, as Map #917.
