THIS INDENTURE made the 3�'�i day of August, 1956,
between THE PROPRIETORS OF THE COMMON AND UNDIVIDED LANDS OF THE
TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, in the County of Suffolk and State of New York,
parties of the first part, and ALEXANDER W. KOKE, of Southold,
Suffolk County, Now York, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, in son.
sideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED ($200.00) DOLLARS, to them in
hand paid, by the said party of the second part, and pursuant to
the power conferred upon them by Chapter 511 of the Laws of 1906,
have bargained and sold and do by these presents grant and convey
unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that tract or parcel of land and meadow situate, lying
and being at Bay View, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, known as LfHommedieu Meadow, bounded
Northerly by land of Koko; Easterly by Corey Creek; Southerly by
Corey Crook and Westerly by Corey Creek, as set forth on the attached
survey by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son dated July 6, 1956.
TOGETHER with any and all easements and rights of way running �.
over and across premises of the party of the second part situated
northerly of the above described premises (it being intended to
include a certain right of way described in a certain deed from
Christian Harms and Sarah Ann Harms, his wife, to Adelheid Anna
Koke, dated April 24, 1912, and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clark's Office on June 11, 1912 in Liber 8114 of deeds at page 563). '..
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of
the parties of the first part in and to the five (5) small meadow -
islands immediately adjacent to said L'Hommediou Meadow as sot forth
on the attached survey.
