premises herein described with the northeast corner of land of Ann

granted to William D. Faulkner over and upon that portion of tt;e above
described premises 12 feet wide lying adjacent to and next westerly to
the property of said William D. Faulkner and subject further to the ri Frht
of ingress and egress heretofore -ranted to Fannie Krukowski over and
upon that portion of the above described premises 20 feet wide lying
adjacent to and next easterly to said property of Fannie Krukowski and
extending northerly from the extension easterly of the southerly line
thereof to the Main State Road (the easterly line of said 12 foot right
of way and 20 foot right of way bein,, coincident).
The premises above described are the same premises conveyed to the
said Anne H. Daley by Harriet H. Palmer by two deeds, one dated January
9, 1951, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Book 3176 of
Deeds, page 179, and the other dated November 209 1951, recorded in said
Clerk's Office in Book 3296 of Deeds, page 218.
Together with all right, title and interest of the party of the '..
