THIS INDENTURE,made the / day of March, nineteen hundred and f if ty-f ive,
BETWEEN
FREDERICK BOERGESSON, widower, and FREDERICK W. BOERGESSON,
JR.. widower, both residing at Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part,and
DOUGLAS JACOBS and JEAN T. JACOBS, his wife, as tenants by
the entirety, both residing at Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part,in consideration of

lawful money of the United States,and other good and valuable c onsideration,paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,

ALL that tract or parcel of land with the buildings and improvements
thereon, situate, lying and being at South Harbor, near Southold,
in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows; '
BEGINNING at a point marked by sn iron pipe on the northeasterly line
of a certain right of way hereinafter mentioned (which point is
South 34 degrees 01 minute East a distance of 109.90 feet from land
now or formerly of G. A. Peterson when measured along the said north-
easterly line of said right of way) (and which point is 350 feet,
more or less, southeasterly along said northeasterly line of said
right of way from its intersection with the easterly line of South
Harbor Road); running thence North 34 degrees 01 minute West a diem
tense of 109.90 feet to said land of Peterson; running thence North
5.5 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 270 feet, more
or less, to the center line of an existing gutter and meadow land
formerly of G. C. Hill; running thence along the said center line of F'
the gutter a distance of 115 fget., more or less, to a point which is
North 55 degrees 21 minutes East a distance of 310 feet, more or less,'_

21 minutes West a distance of 310 feet, more or less, to the point, or
