BOERGESSON, JR.. widower, both residing at Southold, Suffolk County, New York, party of the first part,and DOUGLAS JACOBS and JEAN T. JACOBS, his wife, as tenants by the entirety, both residing at Southold, Suffolk County, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part,in consideration of - - _ - - - - - _ _ TEN ($10.) _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _dollars, lawful money of the United States,and other good and valuable c onsideration,paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever. Peterson when measured along the said north- easterly line of said right of way) (and which point is 350 feet, more or less, southeasterly along said northeasterly line of said right of way from its intersection with the easterly line of South Harbor Road); running thence North 34 degrees 01 minute West a diem tense of 109.90 feet to said land of Peterson; running thence North 5.5 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 270 feet, more or less, to the center line of an existing gutter and meadow land formerly of G. C.
