SORLEY, residing at 88-51 8Wth Street, Bellerose 26, New York, party of the first part,and VINCENT TANNAGE. JR. residing at 5 Travers Street, Manhasset, Nassau County, New York, ' v party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of .----------------------"----TEN ($10.)------------------------------------- dollars, lawful money of the United States,and other good and valuable consideration, paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate, on Indian Neck, near Peconic, In the Torn of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being the Southerly one-half of Lot Number 13 on a certain map an- titled "Map of Indian Neck Park, George W. Smith, owner, wade by Franklin F. Overton, M.E., Simveyor, 1912x, and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 27th day of May, 1913, as and by the Map No. 561, and being bounded with reference to said map as follows: Northerly by lead now or formerly of Fred N. Faulkner and others a distance of 135.97 feet; Basterly by a Private Road, W feet; Southerly by land of Frederic Porter a distance of 138.89 feet; and ' Westerly by land of Philip H. Horton a distance of 50.09 feet.
