FAULKN ER ,late of the County of Suffolk ,deceased, acting as such Executors by virtue of probate decree of the Surrogate's Court of Suffolk County dated the 8th day of April, 11950, and of Letters Testamentary thereunder Issued the same day, Viand said Virginia H. Worthy individually, party of the first part, and JOHN W. HOLIAN residing at No. 202 Derby Street, East Williston, Nassau County, Long Island, N. Y.v party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the patty of the first part,by virtue of the power and authorityto them given in and by said last will and testament,and in consideration of ELEVEN THOUSAND FIVE ,'.HUNDRED ($11,500.00) _________________________________________ dollars, Ii lawful money of the United States, t0 them paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, his heirs, distributees, and assigns forever, ALL that lot or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, 1n the Village and Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and iState of New York, bounded and described as follows: ii On the north by the Main Highway running through the Village 'tof Southold; on the east by the land now or formerly of Sinclair iSmith, which formerly belonged to the estate of Albertson Case, Ideceased; on the south by the land now or formerly belonging to v.the Downs Estate and on the west by the land now or formerly be- longing to the estate of William C. Albertson, deceased, being jjthe whole interest in the same property as to which an undivided 'one-half interest was conveyed by Mary C. Berresford to Sarah C. li Hirsch (former name of decedent) by deed dated Sept. 9, 1919, re- corded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 984 of deeds, page 175, on the 18th day of Sept. 1919.
