HATHAWAY and ANNE E. HATHAWAY, his wife, both residing at Number 846 Smith Street, Uniondale, East Hempstead, County of Nassau, and State of New York, parties of the second part, here- inafter referred to as "Grantees"; WITNESSETH, that Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar, lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable considerations, paid by Grantees, does hereby grant �. and release unto Grantees, their heirs and assigns forever, ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: S. Miller, Wading River, New York, Professional Engineer-Land Surveyor, New York State License No. 7885, and guaranteed to the Inter-County Title Guaranty and Mortgage Company on July 20, 1950, and which map is intended to be filed with the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, at Riverhead, New York.
