THIS INDENTURE, made the twenty-first day of November, in
the year 1952, between LIDICO CORPORATION, a corporation duly or-
ganized and existing under the laws of the State of New York andel
having a principal place of business at Number 80 Wall Street,
Borough of Manhattan, City, County, and State of New York, party
of the first part, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", and
HARRY T. HATHAWAY and ANNE E. HATHAWAY, his wife, both residing
at Number 846 Smith Street, Uniondale, East Hempstead, County of
Nassau, and State of New York, parties of the second part, here-
inafter referred to as "Grantees";
WITNESSETH, that Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One
($1.00) Dollar, lawful money of the United States, and other good
and valuable considerations, paid by Grantees, does hereby grant

and release unto Grantees, their heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and
being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
S. The point of beginning is ascertained as follows:
COMMENCING at a concrete monument in the northerly side of
Lake Court, marking the easterly end of a curve in said northerly
.side of Lake Court, having a radius of 131.79 feet; thence ruon-
ing along said northerly side of Lake Court, South 64 degrees,
58 minutes East 25 feet to a locust stake, marking the point or
' place of beginning of the Premises described herein;
COMMENCING at said last-mentioned point of beginning, thence
running North 25 degrees, 02 minutes East along property now owne
,,. by FRANK THORNS and J&UM H. THORNS, his wife, 111.51 feet to a
locust stake; thence running South 44 degrees, 24 minutes, 30
seconds.Fast along said THORNS property 96.22 feet, more or less,
to the shoreline of Lake Leeton, formerly known as Great Pond;
. thence running southwardly along said shoreline of Lake Leeton,

as it winds and turns, to the point where said northerly side of
.Lake Court intersects same; thence running along said northerly
`. side of. Lake Court, North 64 degrees, 58 minutes Crest 136 feet,
more or less, to the point or place of beginning; hereinafter
referred to as "Premises";
Said Premises, for the purpose of further identification
only, are known as Plots Numbered 200 and 201 on a certain map
:entitled, Map of West Southold-on-Sound, Plots 1-234, Tows of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York, owned by Lidico Corporation,
made July, 1950 by William L. Miller, Wading River, New York,
Professional Engineer-Land Surveyor, New York State License No.
7885, and guaranteed to the Inter-County Title Guaranty and
Mortgage Company on July 20, 1950, and which map is intended to
be filed with the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, at Riverhead,
New York.
