WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second pad,the heirs

ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lyingandbeinginthe Town of Southold at Peconic, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner thereof at a point on the northerly
side of a certain 33 foot wide private roadway and which point is easterly
a distance of 80 feet from the southeasterly corner of lands heMofore

along the northerly line of the said private right of way on a course
running N. 82o 49' 00" E.; running thence in a general northerly direction

line of said private right of way; running thence in a general westerly
direction along the northerly line of the said private right of way S.

TOGETHER with a right of way 33 feet in width for egress and ingress to the
public highway known as North Road, running along the southerly line of the
premises herein described and the northerly line of said right of way

feet, (2) N. 670 50, 30" E., 263.62 feet, (3) N. 810 22' 00" E., 355.37feet
TOGETHER with a right of way 20 feet in width leading from said above
described right of way through other lands of said party of the first part
