BEGINNING at the Northerly corner of the premises about to be
described, at the intersection of a twenty-five foot roadway running
Northwesterly and Southeasterly and another roadway running North-
westerly and Southeasterly at an iron pipe, placed as a monument;
runninm thence Southeasterly, by and with said roadway, a distance
of One hundred and six-tenths (100.6) feet; thence Southwesterly,
a distance of One hundred (100) feet to another iron pipe, placed
as a monument; thence Northwesterly One hundred and six-tenths
(100.6) feet to a third iron pipe placed as a bound on the twenty
five foot roadway; thence Northeasterly by and with said roadway
One hundred (100) feet to the point or place of beginning, the
property being bounded on all sides by other land belonging to
f:'ina H. Edwards, giving to the party of the second part a Right
of Way over said roadways to the main highway leading fron Norton's
Point Light House to Southold.

Liber 1615 of deeds, at page 57; AL50
ALL that tract, piece or parcel of land, situate, ljinl,r and being
at Horton's Poirlt, in the mdwn of Southold, County df' Suffolk, State
of New York, bounded and de Scribed as follows:
