running North 50 degrees, 36 minutes, 00 seconds blest 113.52 feet to the
southerly side of North Sea Drive; thence running South 39 degrees, 24
minutes, 00 seconds West along said southerly side of North Sea Drive
183.48 feet to the point or place of beginning; hereinafter referred to
as "Premises";
For further identification only, the above-described parcel is de-
signated as 'lot Numbered Forty-ax (46) by a certain survey of Wm. L.
killer, LicenAed Surveyor, `lading River, New York, and guaranteed to the
Inter-County title Guaranty and kortgage Company, July 21, 1947;
