THIS INDENTURE,made the 27th day of September a nineteen hundred and fifty-six
BETWEEN
IPHIGENIA PATESTIDES, residing at Hudson View Gardens, County
and State of New York,
party of the first part,and
MICHAEL GOULANDRIS, residnig at 200 Cabrini Blvd., County
and State of New York,
party of the second pout,

paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs

View Avenue at a point where the same would be intersected by a line running

mark of Long Island Sound, at a distance throughout its length of 66-1/2 feetfrom
'I the easterly boundry of Land of C. Posy running thence (I) from the said point of
beginning along the line just mentioned to mean high water mark of Long Island
Sound; thence running(2) in an easterly direction, along the mean water mark of
1 Long Island Sound to a line parallel with the first mentioned line and distant there-
from 66-1/2 feet; running thence (3) in a southerly direction along the line just
mentioned to the northerly side of Sound View Avenue; and running thence (4)
in a westerly direction along the northerly side of Sound View Avenue to the point
of beginning.
1. TOGETHER with all right title and interest of the party of the first part, if any,
in Sound View Avenue to the center line thereof opposite and adjacent to said plot
or parcel of land and in to the beach and lands under water of Long Island Sound
thereof.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Iphigenfa Patestides
by Mary L. Wainwright by deed dated September 17, 1955, and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerkts Officein Liber 3977 Page 86 to 88.
