the first part of, in and to Founders Fath, contiguous thereto to
the center line thereof.
BEING AND IfITENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the
parties hereto by William L. Gaffga by deed dated July 5, 1946 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on July 8, 1946 in
Liber 2590 of deeds at page 349.
