residing at Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York

KURT 0. GRONAU and HELEN E. GRONAU, his wife, residing at
50 Durst pl., Yonkers, State of New York
party of the second part,

fWITNESSETH. that the party of the first part,in consideration of

paid by the party of the second part,do e 5 hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, their heirs . 'and assigns forever,
ALL those certain plots, pieces or parcels of land lying
- and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
known and designated as Plots Plumbers Twenty (20) Twenty-one
(21) and one half (1/2) of Plot Number Twenty-two l22) on Block
H. on a certain mat made July 22nd, 1930 by Daniel. R. Young,
P.E. & L.S. entitled "Map of Reydon Shores, Inc., Bayview, L.I.
N.Y., in the T mtn of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y-11, and filed
in the office of the Clerk of Suf f olk C ounty, Riverhead, New
York on the 1st day of July, 1931, as Map No. 631, which said
premises when taken all together are more particularly describ-
ed as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the South side of Grove Drive at
a monument on the Northwest corner of the boundary line between
Plot Numbers 20 and 19 in accordance with a survey made the 18th
of September, 1953, by Otto 14. Van o uyl, P.B. & L.S., of Green-
port, New York, thence Southerly 9 301 2011 West to another
monument in accordance withsaid survey to the boundary of other
lands maned by John Beach, thence Northerly 690 418, L%0" West 99 t
along the line of other lands owned by John Beach to another
monument in accordance with said survey, thence Northerly 200
9r 20" East 1511.75 feet to a monument on the South side of Grove
Drive in accordance with the said survey, then Easterly 69.0§
feet to the point or place of beginning.
