THIS INDENTURE, made the third day of March, in the year

Southold, Suffolk County, New York, owned by Lidico Corpor.

New York, Professional Engineer-Land Surveyor, New York State
License No. 7885, and guaranteed to .the Inter-County Title
Guaranty and Mortgage Company on July Z0, 1950, and which map
is intended to be filed with the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk, at Riverhead, New York.
TOGETEER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of Grantor in and to said premises, including all
riparian rights, If any;

unto Crantees, their heirs and assigns forever, SUBJECT to th
covenants, rights, reservations, conditions and restrictions
hereinafter stated, to-wit;
