RUTH H. GLOYRR residing at Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

party of the first part, S. 630 321 E.- 257.89 feet to other land of the party of
the first part; thence along said other lend of the party of the first part, S.
300 251 3011 W.- 65.0 feet to a stake; thence along sold land of the party of.:
the second part, N. 66* 361 W.- 267.60 feet to the point of beginning.
