TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the first part, if !any, of, in and to the lands under water In Southold Bey. The purpose of this deed is to correct a discrepancy that appears by virtue of a deed made by Grace Miriam Fismer to the party of the first part dated September 7th, 1940, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerkts Office in liber 2397 of deeds at page 89 on October 13, 1944 @ 10:36 A.M. so that the westerly line of the premises of the party of the first part shall be and is intended to be the westerly line as de- fined and deseribed in the deed from Bertha B. Fismer to the party of the first part dated October 7th, 1944, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in liber �j2396 of deeds at page 65, and it is the intention of the party of the first part to quitclaim to the parties of the second pert all the premises lying westerly of the westerly boundary line as defined in said above described deed from Bertha B.Flsmer to the party of the first part and which runs N. 440 191 4Of1 W. i i i
