map entitled, "Subdivision Map of Founders Estates, situate at
Southold, Now York," said map being duly filed in tho Suffolk County
Clark's Office on May 40th, 1927, as Map No, 834.
TOGETHER with all the righty<title and. interest,if any, of the
party of the first part in and to Old Shipyard Lane in front of
and abutting said premises to the cantor line thereof.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey may show.
Being and intended to be the same promises conveyed by Founders
Estates Inc. to Nathan Davis by dead dated April 11, 1934, and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Libor 1761 of Deeds
at page 551 on April 30, 1934, and the same promises of .which Nathan
Davis died seized and possessed on October 29th, 1943.
