premises herein conveyed and the southwesterly corner of other land of
the party or the second part; ruining thence along otherland of the

Howell S. 560 00' 50" W. 54.92 feet to an axle and other land of the
parties of the first part; ruining thence along other land of the

THE ABOVE PREMISES are conveyed subject to the following covenants
and restrictions;
1. That no intoxicating beverages, liquors, wines or beer shall be
sold or maintained for sale on said premises.
2. That said covenant and restriction shall run with the lend and
shall bind the parties hereto, their heirs, administrators and assigns
and may be enforced by actions for damages and injunctions or beth.
