THIS INDENTURE, made the eighth day of August, in the
year 1953, between LIDICO CORPORATICTI, a corporation duly
organized and existing under the laws of the State of New
York and having a principal place of business at Number

Of New York party of the first part, hereinafter referred to
as "Grantor', and JOHN 14. FISCIIER and JEANIE T.1. FISCHER, his
wife, both residingitPlumber 226 Juanita Avenue, Freeport,
Count of Nassau, and State of Now York, parties of the
second part, hereinafter referred to as "Grantees";
1'dITTIESSETH, that Grantor, In consideration of the sum of
One ($1.00) Dollar, lawful money of the United States, and
other good and valuable considerations, paid by Grantees,
does hereby grant and release unto Grantees, their heirs and
assigns forever, .
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying
and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:

Drive distant 149.37 feet westwardly as measured along Lake
Drive from the extreme westerly end of a curve, connecting
the southerly side of Lake Drive and

thence running westwardly along said southerly side of Lake

South 44 degrees, 24 minutes, 30 seconds East 300 feet, more
or less, to the mean highwater line of Lahe Leetnn; thence
running east"wardly along said mean highraater line of Lake
Lester, as it winds and turns, to the point or place of be-
ginning; hereinafter referred to as "Premises";
Said Premises, for the purpose of further identification
only, are known as Plots Numbered 190 and 191 on a certain
map entitled, Mop of West Southold-on-Sound, Plots 1-234,
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, cWhed by Lidice
Corporation, made July, 1950 by ':!:illiam L. Miller, Wading
River, New York, Professional Engineer-Land Surveyor, New Yor
State License tlo. 7865, and guaranteed to the Inter-County
Title Guaranty and Mortgase Company on July 20, 1950, and
which map is intended to be filed with the Clerk of the _
County of Suffolk, at Riverhead, New York;
