Suffolk County Clerk's Office at Riverhead, Suffolk County, New York,
on the 10th day of May, 1927 as Map #834 and bounded and described as
( follows:- Beginning at a point on the Easterly side of Hobart Avenue
a distance of_55 feet Southerly from the point fKoi7med by the inter-
section of the Easterly side of Hobart Avenue snd the Southerly side

of Hobart Avenue a distance of 50 feet; thence Easterly to the Westerly
