Moore; thence North 48 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds West along said land formerly of Louise C. Moore, 346.98 feat to the point end place of beginning. Said courses and dia- tanees being as shown on a survey of Otto We Van Tuyl, dated August 2nd, 1927. TOGETHER with the right forever at all times to the party of the second part their heirs, executors, administrators, succesors and - set signs, and the occupants or grantees of said promises and his and their servants and all other persons for his or their use, benefit or advantago, to pass and ropes on foot or with vehicles over said pri- vate road heroinbefore mentioned and called Town Harbor Torrace.
