E. dated March 18, 1927" and filed in the Suffolk County Clerkts Office on May 10, 1927, and filed as Map No. 834, excepting therefrom a triangular strip at the northeasterly corner thereo being ten (10) feet at its base on Old Shipyard Boad and whose southerly line extends 51.31 feet to the southerly line Of Lot #87 as shown on said Map and which premises are more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a monument set at the intersection of the easterly line of Founders Path ud.th the northerly line of Old Shipyard Road as shorn on "Subdivision Map of Founders Estates" etc., and running thence northerly along said easterly line of Founders Path 112.96 feet to Lot No. 87 on said map; thene easterly along said Lot No. 87, 75.0 feet; thence deflecting to the right and running easterly through said Lot No. 88, 51.31 feat to the westerly line of said Old Shipyard Road at a point 10 feet southerly from the northeasterly corner of said Lot No. 88; thence southerly along said Old Shipyard Road 94.49 feet to an angle in said Old Shipyard Road; thence southwesterly along said Old Shipyard Road, 65.0 to the point of BEGINNING.
