1952, between LIDICO CORPORATION, a corporation duly organized
i and existing under the laws of the State of New York and having a
principal place of business at Number 80 Mall Street, Borough of
Manhattan, City, County, and State of New York, party of the first
part, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", and DAVID L. FROST and
DOROTHY L. FROST, his wife, both residing at Number 23 Shaw
Avenue, Babylon, County of Suffolk, and State of New York,
parties of the second part, hereinafter referred to as "Grantees";
WITNESSETH, that Grantor, In consideration of the sum of One
($1.00) Dollar, lawful money of the United States, and other good
and valuable considerations, paid by Grantees, does hereby grant
and release unto Grantees, their heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and
being In the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New

BEGINNING at a point in the westerly side of Henney's Road

running South 45 degrees, 35 minutes, 30 seconds West along said
northerly side of Leeton Drive 1,050 feet to the point or place of
beginning of the Premises hereby described, being the same point
where the westerly side of property now or formerly of William B.

BEGINNING at said last-mentioned point of beginning, thence
running along said westerly side of property now or formerly of
William B. Conway, North 44 degrees, 24 ninutes, 30 seconds hest
212 feet, more or less, to the mean highwater line of Long Island
Sound; thence running westwardly along said mean highwater line of
Long Island Sound 100 feet, more or less, to the point therein
where the easterly side of property now or formerly of Florence
A. Rowe intersects same; thence running South 44 degrees, 24
minutes, 30 seconds East along said easterly side of property now

7885, and guaranteed to the Inter-County Title Guaranty and Mort-

filed with the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, at Riverhead, New
