concrete monument at the southeasterly corner of land of Henry W.
Fisher); from said point of beginning running North 78 degrees 37
minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 45.8 feet; running thence
along other land of Harry J. Smith North 5 degrees 06 minutes 10
seconds West, a distance of 413.49 feet; running thence still along
other land of Harry J. smith, North 2 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds
West, a distance of 315 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water
mark of Richmond Creek; running thence in @ southwesterly direction
along ordinary high water mark of Richmond Creek a distance of 65
feet, more or less, to land conveyed or about to be conveyed to
Herbert W. Fisher; running thence in a southeasterly direction along
the easterly line of land conveyed or about to be conveyed to Herbert
