Southold, Suffolk County, N. Y. ', and filed in the Office of the
.. Clerk of Suffolk County, Riverhead, New York on July let, 1931, as
Map No. 631, and being more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side ofOakDrive (a private
road) wherethe same is'intersected by the division lute between
lots 19 and 20 in Block "On as shown on the above recited map:
running thence south 20 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds west along the
westerly side of Oak Drive, 60 feet to the division line between
lots 21 and 22 in Block "C" as shown on the above recited map;
running thence north 69 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds west along
the said division line between lots 21 and 22 in'Block "C" asehown
on the above recited map, 178 feet to land now or formerly of Howard
H. `Perry; running thence north 20 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds east,
60 feet to the aforesaid division line between lots 19 and 20 in
Block"C" as shown on the above recited map; and running thence
south 69 degrees 48 minutes 40-seconds east along"said division line,
178 feet to the westerly side of Oak Drive, at the point or place of
