THIS INDENTURE,made the 114C day of December nineteen hundred and fifty-two,
BETWEEN
GEORGE H. FISHER, residing at Southold, Suffolk County,
New York,
party of the first part,and
GEORGE H. FISHER and KATHERINE G. FISHER, his wife, as
tenants by the entirety, both residing at Southold, Suffolk
County, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part,in consideration of the Bum Of - - - - - - -

lawful moneyof the United States,and other good and valuable c ons ideration, paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release onto the party of the second part,
their hen's and assigns forever,
that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvements theroon erected, situate, lying and being at
Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows*.
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly line of Tucker's
Lane fifty-two (521) feet southeasterly along said line from the
easterly corner of land now or formerly of Garaphelia Bowman;
running thence southeasterly along said land of Tucker's Lane, a
distance of ninety (90t) feet; running thence southwesterly and
at right angles to said line of Tucker's Lane and along the north- -
westerly line of Griswold Road, a distance of one hundred forty I
(1401) feet; running thence in a northwesterly direction and
parallel to said line of Tucker's Lane, a distance of ninety (901)
feet to a point fifty-two (521) feet southeasterly from the
southerly corner of land of Bowman; running thence in a north-
easterly direction at right angles to said line of Tucker's Lane,
a distance of one hundred forty (1401) feat to the point or place
of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of
the parties of the first part in and to Tucker's Lane and Griswold
Road in front of and abutting said premises to the respective
center linea thereof.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to the followingcovenants and restrictions;
1. That said premises shall be used exclusively for residential
purposes only;
2. That the ebnetruction, erection and maintenance of
buildings on the said premises, or any part thereof, 14 limited to
one one-family.dwelling, of conventional type, costing not lose
than $3,500.00, together with a private garage and a poultry house
or other small outbuilding, appurtenant to such dwelling; -
3. NobuildingOf any kind shall be constructed, permitted
or ereotedwithin twenty (201) feet of Tuckerta Lane;
