W.- 75.0 feet; thence along land heretofore conveyed to Joseph Dearkoski by deed dated
January 14, 1952, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in liber 3328 of
deeds at page 52 on March 3, 1952, on a line at right angles to said southwesterly line
of Grove Road, S. 570 561 Di 100.0 feet to land of William Richmond; thence along said
lend of William Richmond on a line parallel with said southwesterly line of Grove Read

the point of beginning.

man entitled "Map of Kill creek Grove, owned by Henry J. Smith, situate at Arshamomoque,
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,ll made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, licensed engineer
and surveyor, dated May13, 1947,,and which map has not been filed.
