on May 27, 1913 and numbered 551, bounded and described as follows-
BEGINNING at a monument on the southeasterly side of a right of
way distant 64.3 feet easterly from the corner formed by the inter-
section of a southeasterly side of said right of way and the
easterly side of a private road, avid corner being distant southerly
1775 £e at, more or leas, from Indian Neck Road as measured along
the easterly side of said private road; running ffience from said
point of beginning north 54m 070 east along the southeasterly side
of said right of way 64.3 fest to a monument on the division line
between Lots C and D on the aforesaid map; thence the following two
courses and distances along said last mentioned division line;
(1) south 12°13030" east 81 feet to a monument; (2) south 40291,30%
seat 317..8 feet through two iron pipes and a monument to the
ordinary high water mark of Little Peconio Bay, thence Southwesterly
