THIS INDENTURE, made the twenty-seventh day of February, in
the year 1954, between LIDICO CORPORATION, a corporation duly or-
ganized and existing under the laws of the State of New York and
having a principal place of business at Number 80 Wall Street,
Borough of t^anhattan, City, County, and State of New York, party
of the first part, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", and JOSE
de PAZ, residing at (No Street Number) , Southold, County of
Suffolk, and State of New York, party of the second part, herein-
after referred to as "Grantee";
WITNESSETH, that Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One
($1.00) Dollar, lawful money of the United States, and other good
and valuable considerations, paid by Grantee, does hereby grant
and release unto Grantee, his heirs and assigns forever,

the westerly side of the premises hereby described intersects
same; thence running South 44 degrees, 24 minutes, 30 seconds East
176 feet, more or less, to the mean highwater line of Lake Leeton,
formerly known as Great Pond, at the point or place of beginning o
the premises hereby described;
BEGINNING at said last-mentioned point of beginning, thence
running North 44 degrees, 24 minutes, 30 seconds West 176 feet,
more or less, to the southerly side of Lake Drive; thence running
eastwardly along said southerly side of Lake :.Drive 182.88 feet;
thence running South 44 degrees, 24 minutes, 30 seconds East 138
feet, more or less, to the mean highwater line of Lake Leeton;
thence running westwardly along said mean highwater line of Lake
Leeton, as it winds and turns, to the point or place of beginning;

half (1 ) of 225 on a certainomap entitled, Jalap of West Southold-

owned by Lidico Corporation, made 'Uuly, 1950 by William L. Miller,
Wading River, New York, Professional Engineer-Land Surveyor, New
York State License No. 7885, and guaranteed to the Inter-County
Title Guaranty and Mortgage Company on July 20, 1950. ALSO

ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and
. being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows;

erly side of Lake Court; thence running northeastwardly along said
southerly side of Lake Drive 1 ,261.99 feet to the point where the
westerly side of the premises hereby described intersects same;

feet, more or less, to the mean highwater line of Lake Leeton,
formerly known as Great Pond, at the point or place of beginning of

Kenney's Road and the southerly side of Lake Drive; thence running
southwardly along the westerly side of Kenney's Road a distance of
101.57 feet to a concrete monument; thence South 49 degrees, 07
minutes West 35.38 feet, more or less, to the mean highwater line
of Lake Leeton; thence westwardly along the mean highwater line of
Lake Leeton, as it winds and turns, to the point or place of be-
ginning;

erly line of ,a proposed road to be known as Central Drive; thence
running along the southerly line of said proposed road North 44
degrees, 35 minutes, 30 seconds East 331.52 feet to a concrete
monument set. in the westerly line of Kenneyys Road; thence South
40 degrees, 53 minutes, 00 seconds East 239.71 feet along the west-
