New York
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part,in consideration of

New York, known and distinguished as lot No. 91 on a map entitled
^ Subdivision Map of Founders Estates, situate at Southold, Suffolk
County, N.Y. Imde by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Engineer and surveyor", dated
March 18th.,1927, and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County on May 10th.,1927, as Map No. 834, and on said map bounded
NORMRLY by Lot No. 90; EASTERLY by Old Shipyard Road; Southerly by
Lot No. 92; and WESTERLY by Lot No. 83; being 150 feet on the north-
erly boundary, 75 feet on the easterly boundary, being 150 feet on the
southerly boundary, being 75 feet on the westerly boundary.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part in and to that portion of Old Shipyard Road lying in
front of and adjacent to the land above described to the center line
thereof.
