BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the northerly side of Cedar
Point Drive East at the southwesterly corner of the premises herein
described, adjoining Lot No. 80 on the west; running thence along
said Lot No. 80, North 60 161 50" seconds West 170.0 feet to a
concrete monument and to southerly line of Lakeside Drive; running
thence along said southerly line of Lakeside Drive, North 790 301
E.-a distance of 76.0 feet to a monument and Lot No. 78; running
thence along Lot 78, South 220 301 East and through a monument a
distance of 163.0 feet to the share line of Pleasant Inlet, running
thence southwesterly and thence southeasterly along the shore line
of Pleasant Inlet to an iron pipe on the northerly line of Cedar
oint Drive East, tie line being South Co 361 10" East a distance
of 47.43 feet; runningthence along the southerly line of Cedar Point
